Volunteer Counselors, Chaplains, & Camp Elders

 

Do You Want to Be a Volunteer Cabin Counselor?

Interested in being a counselor this summer? There are three counselor positions: Camp Session Counselor, Junior Counselor, and Counselor in Training!

  • A Camp Session Counselor is 18 years of age or older who serves as a primary cabin counselor to campers.

  • A Junior Counselor (JC) is 15 – 17 years of age; has received training; assists the Camp Session Counselor in their duties.

  • A Counselor In Training (CIT) is 15 – 17 years of age; is ready to receive training; and assists the Camp Session Counselor in conducting special duties.

Following a required training session, a CIT or JC may be invited to serve at one of the Camp Sessions.  Because of the popularity of the CIT and JC program, Camp Adams cannot guarantee each applicant the opportunity to serve.

Chaplains

Interested in being a volunteer chaplain for one of the camps this summer?

Camp Elders

Interested in being a camp elder for one of the camps this summer? Camp Elders support our campers and also help out in the kitchen and dining room.
